Maintenance Notes πŸ”§

Friendly reminder to call or email the office if there is something that needs to be fixed in your apartment. You can use the resident portal as well for non-emergency issues. Thank you

Bathroom exhaust vent: Please remember to turn on the bathroom exhaust vent while showering to keep the humidity to a minimum. It is best to leave the exhaust fan running for 15 minutes after showering and leave the bathroom door open as well. If you have a window in your bathroom, please leave it open after showering to prevent the humidity build up.

FIRE AND EVACUATION PROCEDURES are now on the website under the resident tab. Please take a few minutes to review them and print them for your home. If you would like us to print it and send it to you, please call the office, we would be happy to send it to you.

If you had your air conditioner cover installed outside to keep out the draft, please call the office to put in a work order for us to remove it before you run your air conditioner.

Please check your air conditioner filter to make sure it is clean before running your A/C. A clean filter will help your air conditioner run more efficiently for longer, as dirt and grime will cause it to overwork and use more energy than necessary. Keeping your air conditioner filters clean helps the cooling process, allowing you to chill the room faster and turn the air conditioner off earlier.

Do you need your porch door storm glass changed to the screen? If so, please call the office to put in a work order. We want you to be able to enjoy the cool air this spring.
