Community Updates

Looking Back on 2024 As we step into 2025, let’s celebrate the wonderful memories from the final months of 2024:

  • October: Our Trick-or-Treat event brought spooky fun for all ages, while the Painting Party showcased our community’s artistic flair.

  • November: Despite rainy weather, the Thanksgiving Dinner was a heartwarming success. We loved seeing everyone come together for a night of gratitude.

  • December: The Annual Parties were a hit! Kids enjoyed Santa’s visit and gifts, while adults shared laughter and holiday cheer during the Yankee Swap.

Thank you for being part of these cherished memories!

Spreading Holiday Joy: We partnered with the Village at Fawcett's Pond and My Brother's Keeper to adopt a family in need this holiday season. Thanks to your generosity, we fulfilled a mother’s wish for simple comforts and her son’s hopes for clothes, toys, and books. This tradition reminds us of the joy of giving and the strength of kindness in our community. 🌟🎁🎄

Seasonal Tips: Help Our Community Stay Safe, Warm, and Healthy

As winter is in full swing, here are a few tips to help our community stay safe, warm, and healthy:

  1. Winterize Your Car: Keep the fuel tank full, check tire pressure, and carry an emergency kit.

  2. Stay Active Indoors: Explore yoga, home workouts, or dancing to lift your spirits.

  3. Practice Good Hygiene: Wash hands often, stay hydrated, and consider a flu shot.

  4. Check on Neighbors: A quick visit or call can ensure their safety during winter.

  5. Dress in Layers: Hats, gloves, and scarves help protect against frostbite.

By working together and taking these steps, we can ensure a safer, warmer, and more caring community this winter.
